Is there really no cost to start?

Yes. Starter is free forever with no card required — you only pay the discounted blank and print cost when a real customer places an order, deducted from your prepaid wallet. There are no monthly minimums on Starter.

What happens if I go over my monthly order limit?

Nothing breaks — orders keep flowing. We'll flag when you're near your tier's limit and prompt you to upgrade so you never miss a fulfilment. You can move up to Pro or Enterprise instantly and the new limit applies right away.

Can I change or cancel my plan any time?

Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your settings whenever you like. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the features you've paid for until then.

How does blank + print pricing work on top of the plan?

Your plan fee covers the platform, seats and tooling. The actual garment blank and print charge for each order is billed separately from your prepaid wallet at your tier's discounted rate — Pro takes 20% off blanks, Enterprise gets volume rates. Every charge is itemised in your ledger.

Do you offer custom Enterprise terms?

Yes. Enterprise includes a dedicated account manager, priority print slots, custom SLAs and white-glove onboarding. If your volume or workflow needs something beyond the listed tiers, talk to sales and we'll tailor a plan.
